How to create Client Segments
*This is an Admin-only feature. If you are not your firms Admin, you will need to request your firm's Admin undertake this*
If you wish to segment your clients, using any criteria, you can create and customise the segments you use. Navigate to Admin Portal> Settings> Client Segments to create these here.
Once the Segments are created, you can add individual clients to the relevant segment at the client level. Navigate to Advice Portal, select a client, and then navigate to Manage> CRM Others> Client Segments. Click on the line underneath "Client Segment In the Firm", and a dropdown will appear showing the segments that have been created. Once you've selected the relevant segment, you can add the dates which will apply to the given client for this segment (if you wish, this is not compulsory), and any notes below.
