Reporting Templates and How to Use Them
*This is an Admin-only feature. If you are not your firms Admin, you will need to request your firm's Admin undertake this*
You can add custom templates to base reports on, so you and your colleagues can build reports from within using your existing method(s). Navigate to Admin Portal> Settings> Reports> Firm Templates, and click "Add Template" in the top right.
You can type the template in directly here, but if you have any existing ones on Word documents or elsewhere, simply copy and paste the text in here.
Once you've completed this, name the template and hit save - be sure to click 'Share With Users" if you want you and your team to have access to it in the reporting section.
To utilise these templates, select a client and navigate to Report> Firm Templates
Hit "Build A Report", and you'll be prompted to select the template you wish to use. If you're unable to see the reports here, be sure to check that these templates have been shared with users in the Admin Portal
