What are Primary Clients vs All Clients?

Open "Clients" on the left hand side in the User Area and under the main submenu of All Clients, you'll see two menus below; Primary Clients and All Clients. 

Primary Clients are those clients for which you are the Primary Adviser, and All Clients are all other clients you have access to. Please note that this may not include all the clients your firm has added on the system, just those which you have access to.
