How to give Client Portal Access

Once you’ve selected a client in the user area, navigate to Manage> Client Portal. You can send your selected Client an activation email from here - we’d recommend advising your client to follow the link and register for the Client Portal. You can customise the message they receive by clicking "Edit" at the bottom of the screen. 

You can also view which clients do and do not have access by navigating to Admin Portal> “All Clients” - those client with access will have a small green dot next to their name.
