How to add Client Notes & Log Meetings

Once you've selected a client, navigate to "Manage> Notes". You can create and manage general notes about the selected client here, under the submenu "Client Notes". Click "+ Add a Note" in the top right to add a new note

Click on the next submenu, Meetings, to log a meeting you've had with the selected client. This could be an in-person meeting, phone call, video call or any other kind of meeting. You can record the date, start/end time of the meeting and note down any information gathered in the call in the text box.

Both notes and meetings can then be linked to specific cases.
