How to manage Documents

You can store documents specific to each client by selecting a client and navigating to Manage> Documents. You’ll see two submenus here - Unshared Documents and Shared Documents. For “Shared Documents”, anything you upload here will be visible to the specific client in their Client Portal, and anything the client uploads will be visible to you. Anything uploaded in Unshared Documents will not be visible to the client in the Client Portal.
