How to Customise Questionnaires

Once you've created a Questionnaire, you can customise it by clicking "Customise Questionnaire". 

From here, you can tick or untick any boxes for the Questionnaire depending on what information you want to gather from the client. The very first tickbox (Select All / Deselect All) can be used to help streamline the process. 

Once you've selected which fields you wish to include, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save. If you share the Questionnaire via the Client Portal, the client will only see the questions for the boxes you have left ticked.
