What is Global Client Access?

*This is an Admin-only feature. If you are not your firms Admin, you will need to request your firm's Admin undertake this*

Navigate to Admin Portal> Users> Global Client Access to give your colleagues access to your whole client base. If your firm is structured such that all of your staff have access to all of your clients, this will be a useful feature for you, as you need to simply click "All Client Edit Rights" and "All Client View Rights" for each staff member.
