Troubleshooting 101

If you're having any issues with your account, here are a few steps you can take which may mitigate the problem. 

1. Clear your cache if you're using Google Chrome - simply type "Clear Cache" into the search bar. 


2. Clear your cache if you're using Safari, follow these steps; -

- Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences

- Click the Advanced tab. Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window.

- Select the Develop drop-down menu. Click Empty Cache.

- Note: You may want to also clear your browser history.


3. Clear your cache if you're using Microsoft Edge. 


- Click the Menu icon. ...

- Click on Privacy, search, and services from the list of options on the left-hand side under Settings.

- Scroll down to Clear browsing data and click Choose what to clear.


  1. Hard refresh the page

If you're using a Mac machine, hold down Shift+Command+R. If you're using a windows machine, Control+Shift+R.
