How to Message Your Clients

If you want to view the messages your client(s) have sent you, you can see an overview of all messages from all clients but navigating to User > Messages (on the left hand side). This will show you all messages to and from all clients. However, if you wish to see and send messages a specific client, simply select a client and then navigate to "Engage" (at the very top). This will show you the messages between you and the selected client only. 

One thing to note when messaging clients is the tickbox labelled in the screenshot below - if you leave this ticked, your client will receive an email to let them know you've sent them a message, and prompting them to log into their Client Portal to view it. It won't contain the text of the message you send, but it will include a link to their Client Portal.
