How to create Questionnaire Templates
*This is an Admin-only feature. If you are not your firms Admin, you will need to request your firm's Admin undertake this*
When creating a Questionnaire, you can customise which fields you wish to include, depending on what information you need from the client. This can be done when creating a questionnaire manually, by ticking/unticking the relevant boxes at the "Customise Questionnaire" section when creating a Questionnaire in the Adviser Portal, shown below;
However, you can also create templates for Questionnaires, so you won't need to tick/untick each box for each individual Questionnaire you create. Navigate to Admin Portal> Settings> Questionnaire Templates, and click "Add Template in the top right.
Enter a name for the template, and then tick/untick which fields you wish to include, before scrolling to the bottom to hit save. You'll then need to decide if you wish this template to be accessible for you and your whole team, or just for yourself - if you wish to make it accessible to your team, click "Share with users" to "Yes".
Now that this is done, when you are next creating a Questionnaire, you can use this template. For the first dropdown menu (Prefill Information From), select "Don't prefill (Use template)", and then select your preferred template on the second dropdown.
