How to use Questionnaires

Questionnaires, also sometimes called "Fact Finds", are found under the "Onboard" section of the User Area (which you'll find when you select a client). From here, you can create and customise your Questionnaires, and share them with clients to complete (as well as completing them on the clients behalf if you prefer. 

Once you've selected a client, navigate to "Onboard" at the very top, and click "Add New Questionnaire" in the top right to create a new Questionnaire. 

You'll have a few options here - if you click on the dropdown menu under "Pre-fill Information From", you can choose to pre-populate the questions from a previous questionnaire, or from with the latest information from the Shared Client Profile and Shared Net Worth (Under Manage> Summary). However, if you wish to start with a completely fresh Questionnaire, simply leave it on "Don't prefill". You can also choose whether or not you wish the Questionnaire to be visible in the Client Portal, but selecting Yes or No on the left. If you do choose to make the Questionnaire visible in the Client Portal, you can give a personal message to your client before they complete it, and if you choose, secure the Questionnaire behind an E-Sign document, which must be completed by the client before they start the Questionnaire.
